Rams Suffer 17-10 Defeat Against Redskins

With Sam Bradford putting up average numbers, the Rams fell to the Redskins, 17-10, at home.

Bradford finished 20 for 43 with 164 yards, one touchdown and one fumble. For the Redskins, Rex Grossman wound up 15 for 29 with 143 yards passing, one touchdown and two picks.

Steven Jackson was not his usual self, rushing for just 45 yards on 17 carries in addition to four receptions for 19 yards and a score. Lance Kendricks snagged four balls for 33 yards.

The St. Louis defense struggled against the running game, but was able to slow down the pass, giving up 143 yards passing and 196 rushing.

Redskins running back Ryan Torain was impressive, churning out 135 yards rushing and one touchdown.

The Rams head to Green Bay next week to face the Packers (4-0) while the Redskins host the Eagles (1-3).
