Danario Alexander had a big night, but it wasn't enough to avoid a tough loss for the Rams against the Giants, 28-16, in East Rutherford.
Sam Bradford put together a solid 22 for 46 effort with 331 yards passing, one touchdown and one fumble. For the Giants, Eli Manning wound up 19 for 30 with 223 yards passing, two touchdowns and one pick.
Cadillac Williams rushed for 36 yards on 13 carries. Alexander was a leading receiver, hauling in three passes for 122 yards with a score.
The St. Louis defense surrendered 119 yards rushing and 204 passing. They sacked Manning three times.
Finally, Josh Brown was perfect, connecting on all three of his field goal attempts.
Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw churned out 59 yards rushing and 45 receiving.
The Rams host the Ravens (1-1) next week while the Giants head to Philadelphia to face the Eagles (1-1).
