Flowers registered three solo tackles and two interceptions during the decisive 28-0 win against the Raiders. For the year, he has 26 tackles and four interceptions.
This is the first time Flowers has earned the award this season. The runner-up is linebacker James Anderson of the Panthers (12 tkls, 10 solo, 1 sack). Chargers linebacker Donald Butler receives honorable mention (8 tkls, 5 solo, 1 FF).
